This has become one of my favorite things to do lately, go onto polyvore and create sets inspired by the books I’m reading. Right now I’m enthralled in Game of Thrones, by George R.R. Martin. When I first got the book it was daunting, everyone was telling me how amazing it was, but still 800 some pages single-spaced? Damn. Then I started reading it and I really enjoy the way he writes from different perspectives, it helps you from seeing things from just one side. I recommend it to those who have been thinking about picking up the book. I can’t wait to start the second.
I created sets inspired by the Houses George R.R. Martin describes in the back of the book. Throughout the book he does mention many more houses and the lineage behind them, but I stuck with the main houses. Since I made 8 I’m going to post these four this week, and next week I’ll post the last four. I hope you like them!
